Hosting a Wine Tasting, Need Suggestions!

I'm hosting a wine tasting tonight, the nth in a series of them, and I'm at a blank as to what the theme should be. We generally try and go by grape, by region, or by style.

We've done a lot of the major grapes/regions, so I'm not looking for suggestions like "taste red Burgundies."

I'm looking for more esoteric, but still great suggestions that may not have yet occurred to me.

Anyone have experience hosting wine tastings with uncommon wines?
