I am making serious attempts to eat healthier and am succeeding in various areas (buying as few premade or processed foods as possible and instead making things from scratch). The area I am terrible with is vegetables. I know that one of the main components of a healthy lifestyle is a larger proportion of fresh veggies to proteins and starches. My problem is that I don't care for most veggies. I can get myself to eat broccoli and love asparagus but those leave me with...ummm... gastro-intestinal side effects so I don't eat them that often. So..can you guys help me out by suggesting ways to prepare and serve veggies that will help me learn to like them?
