My daughter is setting up an art show for her company. Artists will be coming in over a four day period bringing in their works. She needs some ideas for offering them something to eat. She has access to ice but no refrigerator. So far she is thinking of fruit, small bottles of water, hummus and crackers. She doesn't have to prepare this herself, she planning to hit Trader Joe's/local grocery store and pick up everything she needs for the four days at one time Sunday afternoon.
