What will you do with all those hard boiled eggs????

In a household with kids, usually the week after Easter holds many, many dyed and painted hard boiled eggs. I have 2 dozen of them cooked and ready (also have plastic table covers) for an egg dyeing extravaganza.

Besides the obvious egg salad, deviled, or eating out of hand, what else do you like to do with such largesse?

We occasionally serve them stirred into a basic cream sauce with ham, and serve on toast points.
