So after many...many visits to my favorite Peruvian restaraunt in East Hartford, CT (Piolyn) and begging for their Aji Verde recipe (that wicked awesome green sauce everyone loves at peruvian restaraunts)...they finall are selling it!!! Needless to say I just bought 10 containers. I'm going on an Aji Verde bender folks!
