Storing Left Over Egg Yolks
Hi, I have several recipes lined up for a dinner party on Saturday that require just egg whites, I thought I would try making lemon curd with the leftover yolks, but I'm not sure when I'll be able to get round to it.
Does anyone know the best way of storing the left over yolks and how long they can be kept for? (any other yolk use suggestions welcome too).
