Ok, I'll admit it - I've never made a smoothie. Crazy, I know - but how do I even begin?
I'm on a greek yogurt kick, so I'd like to use that, but then what? What proportions? Frozen fruit or fresh? Ice or no ice? Help me make good use of my blender!
