where do you work?

Alright guys--here's a chance to brag about your properties. Where do you all work? what's the signature dish? why is the place awesome?

I work for the Blue Heron Cafe, in Pike Road, Alabama. We serve a varied menu with nightly specials; it's a small property, only employing a kitchen staff of four, so everyone does everything. we are only recently opened, and are still trying to find where we fit best in the community.
