Hi! I'm attending our family & friends annual Oscar Party on Sunday. Food theme is "movie-going" fare of popcorn, hot dogs, nachos and candy for the event. I've been tasked (or did I task myself?) into coming up with fruit or protein something for those of us a little less inclined to bulk up on junk food. Now I need it to be Oscar-worthy! Anyone have anything worthy of the red carpet to help me out? OH, yeh, did I tell you that I won't have a lot of time to shop or cook. Oh well, I don't have to sleep...
