So I finally made the pancetta from Charcuterie. The result is a wonderfully flavored product that is really good and not as salty as the stuff in the stores. We've made pasta amatriciana and carbonara. Last weekend, we even made PLTs (so goooood). Now, I'm interested in more recipes/ideas that aren't pasta or sandwich related. Any suggestions?
