Ive saved up some money for something big for myself and I would like to know if there are any chefs or cooks out there who can recommend a course they have taken that helped them put another notch on their wooden spoon, so to speak. Something worth the money and the effort. Ive taken some bread classes at Zingerman's (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) and would love anything based in ethnic cuisines, core skills of any kind, bread, wine....I'm scouring the country for the best!!
I live in the Midwest but I am willing to travel anywhere. Any ideas!!
