Does anyone know if any of the duck farms on Long Island will sell you a duck if you go directly to the farm? Apparently the two biggest duck farms out there are Jurgielwicz Duck Farm and Crescent Duck Farm, but I don't know if they'll sell direct. Are there any others I should look into? I'm also curious if anyone knows which purveyor raises the tastiest ducks. TIA.
