I have now been making ice cream in the new baby for over a month and a half now and it shows. Tonight's flavor was Thin Mint Girl Scout cookie, peppermint chocolate chunk delight.

I need to make some low fat (but delicious!) recipes for the ice cream maker. I don't want it to go to the land of neglected appliances.
