My pal recently acquired a chunk of caribou meat from one of his patients and we are going to try to cook it up. One problem is that his kitchen is being remodeled so we are limited to a grill or open flame or some other outdoor fire method of cooking. Do you have any suggestions for marinating/cooking techniques? (savages marinate things, right?)
