Hello, Serious Eaters,
I'm having a potluck party with friends this weekend and we've decided to cook dishes that put an "adult" twist on classic meals from our childhoods. But I'm tired of the old "truffled mac and cheese" - it just seems too obvious. Besides, I'm eager to try out a dessert that fits the theme (but I'm open to suggestions you might have for any course). Any ideas?
