I appreciate that the US is the home of all things burger-related, but this site has inspired me to search out good burgers in my home town :)

I've been to Gourmet Burger Kitchen (which AHT has reviewed), and it was passable - burger cooked to spec, reasonable bun. However, not much variety on the cheese front - the Cheeseburger was cheddar topped and no sign of any American cheese option anywhere.

So, SE readers of amazing-ness, where in London can I get a good burger fix?
