Reading lots of recipes on here inspired me to get some anchovies for their umami goodness... but I accidentally bought sardines instead. Now I have a can of sardines in oil which my 4 year old finds hilarious but I'd like to use them for more than a play kitchen prop! Can anyone recommend something to do with sardines?
