So it's the day after Super Bowl Sunday, aka I Can't Believe I Ate it All Monday. I'm feelin sluggish and a wee bit guilty over the number of potato chips, chicken wings, pork ribs and pie that was consumed yesterday. I have been doing double time today with fresh raw veggies and fruits and plan on some veggie filled soup for dinner.
What about you? How do you restore balance to your diet after you overindulge? Is it a matter of just returning to regularly scheduled eating? Or do you make an effort to change the diet up after a bit of overindulgence?
