I absolutely love homemade bagels, boiled and everything. But I was trying to figure out what kind to make. I think my favorite kind is pumpernickel. That seems a little more involved than I want to attempt now, but it got me thinking, what are your favorite flavors of bagels and where do you get the best ones?
