I have a second business(www.goodoutlookfarm.com) where I grow vegetables for a restaurant. I try to offer things that most full time farmers don't want to grow to give me a little edge. I grow ginger, crosnes, sunchokes, sweet potatoes, limas, favas as well as some regular things for the area. Any other ideas/wanted veges that I may be missing in the northeast?
