What kind of chocolate do you prefer?
At first, I was going to ask what type of dark chocolate everyone liked, by the percentage of cocoa, but then I realized that some people don't like dark chocolate (gasp!) I'm talking about chocolate that you would eat straight, not in a recipe or something.
So what kind of chocolate do you like? From white chocolate (0%), milk chocolate, slightly dark (50-60% cocoa), darker(70-80%), or ULTIMATE DARKNESS (%99)
I personally like as dark as I can get. Which is usually around 80% cocoa. When I am at a Lindt store or I get lucky and find 99%, I get that. I just love the intensity of REALLY dark chocolate. Sugar and all that crap just ruins it for me.
