My dad got me a small mortar and pestal for christmas. I know how to use it in therory, however I have not been able to find any recipes to tell me what I can use in it. I know you can do fresh herbs but what kind and how much and what do I do with whatever I crush? Its like a marble type material. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'd love to use it if I knew what to do with it.
