Keeping with the comfort food mood--Dinner Wednesday, 2/3

Well, Monday ended up being the Brie and Mushroom Mac and Cheese (it was so good!), last night was Chicken Marsala and jasmine rice, tonight is lasagna, and tomorrow it's looking like Chicken Cordon Bleu, because of a thread about it going on around here. So I guess we're eating on the heavy, rich side right now--what's up with you guys? Comfort food, or are you going on the lighter side, so you can over-indulge on Super Bowl Sunday? (There's also an SU game Sunday afternoon, so...snack fest all day long!)
