Pressure Cooker Recipes
Hi all! Thanks again, everyone!
I ordered a 10 quart pressure cooker with the gift certificate I won here on Serious Eats. It is expected to arrive sometime this week and I am stoked! I've got stocks, stews, braises and grains on my mind and can't wait to give them all a try.
Do you use yours often or infrequently?
Does it really intensify the flavors of foods?
