Besides the wonderful burgundy mushrooms I made the Pioneer Womans chocolate sheet cake. The glaze was light and wonderful but the cake part was wet and yucky....It wasn't like cake at all. I was baking it at the same time as another cake and I wonder if it wasn't baked all the way....Has anyone made this?
