I cancelled my class tonight-too much snow. Last night before I hosted a reception I made King Ranch casserole for dinner from the Homesick Texan. Delicious-that will definitely get into the rotation.

Tonight I am going to make the Black Bean soup from the recent soups and stews Cook's Illustrated. No veggies. Dessert will be homemade strawberry banana chocolate chunk ice cream over banana bread I made this afternoon.
