So, I read the article about Alton Brown and his sandwich, and that put the idea in my head that I needed to buy some sardines. I bought two cans of of the King Oscar in Olive Oil, but now I don't know what to do with them. I have to say that I am a little scared that I will open the can up and then just feed it to my cat.

Any suggestions for a newbie?

Oh- and do I have to debone them, or do I eat them whole?
