Need tofu recipe ideas!
I am wanting to incorporate more tofu into my diet and would like your favorite recipes. I have some firm tofu in the fridge and am mainly interested in using it for entrees. I have enjoyed tofu in the dishes I've had when I've eaten it in restaurants, but can't remember specifically what I had, just that I liked it . . . thanks in advance for any recipes and/or ideas!
