So, I bought my first Le Creuset pot yesterday and I'm in love without even using it yet! I am very excited to use it but not sure how it should be christened...How did you break yours in or what would you do? I was thinking maybe a risotto but not sure. The BF is wanting a brisket first. Your recipes are more than welcome. :-)
