Different "milks"

Which do you prefer--almond milk, rice milk, or soy milk if you have to drink an alternative to regular milk (cow's milk) and why?

I do drink regular milk (prefer skim) usually, but occasionally like to do something different and right now am on an almond milk kick. It tastes really good in smoothies, especially, with the whey protein powder I use, along with some fruit & honey. I guess maybe of the three alternatives, soy would have the most health benefit, but I am mainly concerned with taste right now ; )
