Last night I hit it out of the park-Spaghetti and Meatballs All'Amatriciana from the latest Bon Appetit. Of course, it's easy to hit a home run when one of the first directions is to process the bacon into a paste! Caesar salad, garlic bread and Carvel cake for dessert.
Of course it had to be good since I am off to Moldova and Spain and the people will be dining halling it!
