My Christmas present from hubby was an IOU for a waffle iron. It's one of the only kitchen gadgets that we don't have that I would really like, but I figured it could wait until we had a bigger kitchen. Now that I'm getting one and I get some input I need to know what eveyone likes the best. It surprised me, but I checked the archives and didn't see this particular item had been discussed before. We're partial to Belgian-style waffles and tend towards prosumer quality. Thanks all!
