I just recently discovered "pouched" salmon. This past weekend I made some great salmon croquettes using it (my husband would never have known it was not fresh salmon had I not told him) which got me thinking about other uses for this very reasonable, very tasty convenience item. Do you have any other good recipes using pouched salmon?
