vegan, non-trans-fat pie crust?
I'm curious about how to make a good vegan pie crust, which sadly means no butter (I'm not vegan, I'm just veg-curious).
How do you make a good, flaky, vegan pie crust, without using crap like margarine or vegetable shortening, which are filled with nasty trans fats? is there some substitutable ingredient that I'm just not thinking of?
