Uninspiring Squash Dilemma

I have a lot of cubed, roasted (w/ cumin, cinnamon, S&P) Hubbard squash sitting in Tupperware in my fridge. But for some reason I just don't want to cook with it.

any inspiring (cheap) ideas?
