Tapioca, Millet, and Amaranth, oh my!
I am on a specialized diet for a stomach disorder and the only starches I can have for two weeks are tapioca, millet, and amaranth. Any suggestions on ways to use tapioca, millet, or amaranth grains? (During the same time I can also only have egg, lamb, turkey, soybean, chicken, green pepper, asparagus, cucumber, carrots, milk, grapefruit, cranberry, cantaloupe and honeydew) I love cooking, but this is very discouraging!
