Stuffed shells

Last Sunday, I made my first batch of stuffed shells. They turned out pretty well, but I had stuck with the standard recipe of ricotta, mozzarella cheese and egg. I did add a bit of garlic and Italian spice mix to the cheese mixture, but not much.

I would love to hear any new ideas to add some excitement to the dish...My boyfriend loved it, but I'd like to add a little more flavor so let me know if you have any interesting variations on the dish!

No restrictions on meat, flavors, or combinations.
