Oh No! Risotto! Whats for dinner 1/16/10?

I've never made risotto before (I know! Shame!) But I am tonight.

Salmon filets with a citrus glaze, and "Lemony Risotto with Asparagus and Thyme" a recipe I picked up at Central Market.
