I just discovered it is National Oatmeal Month! I eat oats fro breakfast nearly every day (and occasionally in a waning PB jar!). So I am just curious to hear about SE'ers' oat recipes, be they oatmeal or oatbran, cookies or traditional oatmeal (and if so, what are the fave toppings?).
