My mom's meatloaf is better than yours...

Just kidding! I know how crazy meatloaf enthusiasts are, but I wanted to compare my mom's way with yours. I personally think that brown sauce should be left for Salisbury steak. No bbq sauce either... and no packaged breadcrumbs :)

-Mixture of ground beef, pork and veal
-A sweet tomato-based sauce, or ketchup
-Yellow onion, garlic, oil, egg, parsley, basil, worcestershire, parmesan, whole milk, pieces of day-old bread or homemade croutons
