Milk Chocolate Chips

I sent my husband to the grocery store to buy bittersweet (or semisweet) chocolate chips and of course he came back with milk chocolate chips. Can't return them because they were bought in bulk. I am not a huge fan of them, because I find them too sweet. So I am wondering if you have any suggestions as to how to use them -- like a tip on how to lighten up the sweet taste (just cut the sugar in a recipe?), or even perhaps a recipe that is so awesome that I wouldn't mind them too much. They are Callebaut, and I have about 3/4 lbs. thanks in advance!
