So I got a steak at trader joes in a vaccuum sealed pack and forgot about it in the fridge. It has a packed on date of Dec 10th and a use by date of Jan 1st. What do you guys think. Is it just being wet aged, or should I not take the chance of eating it? It has normal coloration and still looks delicious.
