I went to school out in Denver and I am used to some serious Mexican food. I can't seem to find any that comes close. Can anyone recommend some where decent?

I tried Rosa Mexicana and it was okay, if not slightly over-priced and very North-Americanized ( i think i just made that word up...), everywhere else I have tried has been just...meh...Thoughts?
