i am a 4star chef with over fifty years experience. this was my first
post ever, and i was testing the water, as you would call it!
many people do not know how to boil water. they place a pot of water on the stove with a high flame and when they go to pour it
it spits and splatters all over, or they fill their teapot and boil it for more than fifteen minutes . over boiling causes the
tea to taste flat. you must alway use fresh water for a good cup of tea with full flavor.i am not saying every body out there does not know these facts but check yourself out. cooking is the art of extracting water from food the art of doing this takes many terms; broiling,frying sauteing,and stewing are natural forms of cooking.this is why microwaving makes meat very tough it extracts water to fast,unless you place wax paper lightly on top .but this process is to difficult save the microwave for defrosting at proper weight! check my blog tomorrow,pick produce
