So 7 months post-wedding, 3 months post-apartment moving and 20 minutes post-completed kitchen renovation, I was finally able to unpack IT. IT, of course, is the holy grail of bridal registries: The Kitchenaid Stand Mixer. As I tingled with excitement, and basked in its cobalt blue beauty, I realized I had a problem. What the heck was I going to do with it? So far in my adult life I've survived just fine with an $8 hand mixer.
Serious Eaters, I turn to you: what's your favorite recipe that uses the mixer and/or what is your favorite application? I currently only have the 3 standard attachments but will be investing in the pasta attachment once I return the duplicate sets of standard attachments I received.
