Chiles on the mind, whats for dinner 01/09?

Tonight for dinner, Chiles Rellenos two ways!

I was watching the Rick Bayless episode all about Chiles Rellenos and it just looked too good to pass up.

We'll be making stuffed Ancho's from Ricardo Zurita Munoz' recipe. The stuffing is garlic, onion, plantain, tomato, queso panela, with salt, pepper, and piloncillo. Topped off with some crema poblana.

Then for the second method, Rick's recipe for Shrimp Chile Rellenos in corn husks.
Anaheim chiles, roasted and skinned, de-veined de-seeded. Stuffed with grilled red onion, monterrey jack cheese, shrimp, and oregano. (plus S&P)
All wrapped up in a nice little corn husk packaging which will be grilled.
