I am going to dinner on Monday with 4-5 friends for my birthday, need a suggestion...

I am looking for:
Great Food
Not terribly expensive
Good atmosphere (aka not too crazy-loud, but not white table cloth)

I am in my (turning) mid-twenties, so something that would be appropriate for that type of crowd, although I am NOT a wild party girl (meaning I steer clear of the Meatpacking skirts...)

I have a few ideas in mind, but I just need a little nudge, or maybe a 2nd point of view...

Anything for me? I hope I am not being to picky!
