Being born and raised in Los Angeles, I grew up with great burgers all around me. Working as a professional chef I can make an amazing burger. But i still like to go out and find other burgers. My dilemma: I very recently relocated to NYC, the food capital of the world, but the burgers don't compare to the ones in LA.
