We're a household of two, plus dog and so many baking recipes don't cut down that well mathematically and take more testing than we're willing or able to give.

My DH is a hobby baker ( I'm more of an "everyday type" as I'd rather cook) and much of what he makes is restaurant quality, but our freezer fills up fast, and so many of our friends, family and co-workers watch what they eat.

Help, or I may have to persuade him to take up bird watching!
