36 Eggs Left in the Car

Yeserday I did some pretty serious grocery shopping and somehow left a huge carton (36) of eggs in the car overnight. The weather's been pretty chilly, so I'm assuming it never got too warm in the car.

I've seen eggs sit out unrefrigerated at farmer's markets for hours on end so this may be a silly question, but if I stick the eggs in the refrigerator now will they be ok to eat? Should I throw them out? Am I in danger at all if I use them?

Thanks in advance!
